“Rocky Horror Show” bobbleheads Kickstarter campaign launched

the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum launched a Kickstarter Campaign to produce the first Rocky Horror Show Bobbleheads. Featuring seven bobbleheads based on the original version of the 1973 Rocky Horror Show which inspired the cult classic musical comedy horror film The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

A Kickstarter-exclusive Dr. Frank-N-Furter Bobblehead is only available for backers of the Kickstarter Campaign. Other bobbleheads offered through the Kickstarter Campaign include characters Rocky, Brad, Janet, Magenta, Riff Raff, and Columbia. The bobbleheads are being produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, an official licensee of the Rocky Horror Show.

With a goal of raising $15,000, the Kickstarter Campaign runs through 1 a.m. Eastern Time on Halloween, Saturday, Oct. 31. The bobbleheads are available for $30 each plus shipping with other exclusive add-ons also available. In addition, fans who want to show their support for the campaign but don’t need a bobblehead can do so for as little as $1 on the campaign page.

A limited number of bobbleheads will be produced based on the demand from the Kickstarter Campaign. Backing the campaign is the only way to obtain the original Dr. Frank-N-Furter Bobblehead. Standing on a red circular base bearing his name and the Rocky Horror logo, which also bobbles, the Dr. Frank-N-Furter bobblehead is wearing his iconic outfit featuring a black corset, fishnet stockings, black briefs, a pearl necklace, and high-heeled platform shoes. After playing Dr. Frank-N-Furter on stage, Tim Curry made his film debut playing the transvestite scientist in the movie. Curry recently died on Aug. 25, 2026, at the age of 80, making this bobblehead a great tribute to the character that he brought to life.
