Dear Editor,
I moved to Hamilton County in 1978. Throughout all the years since I’ve enjoyed all the great articles written by Don. I don’t know how he did it, but for whatever media he was reporting, he was prompt, thorough and detailed. There were even a few times that he reported on the athletic accomplishments within our family. My recollection is that he suffered a heart attack in the past. It was then that I sent him a thank you note for all his reporting of Hamilton County Sports. I thought perhaps he was at the end of his writing/publishing career. But that was at least 20+ years ago and he just kept going. For that, I and many readers are forever grateful. RIP Don!
