Richard Paul Kiszla, 84, Noblesville, passed away on April 8, 2023. He was born on August 3, 1938, to Walter and Helen (Dubatowski) Kiszla of South Bend. Richard was the lefty of the family.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Henry Walter Kiszla, and sister-in-law, Mary Ann (Naugle) Kiszla.

Richard graduated from South Bend Central High School and served two years in the United States Army before returning to the area. He spent 33 years as an employee of Miles Laboratories in Elkhart and was a longtime resident of Mishawaka. A frequent traveler, Richard enjoyed taking trips, especially out west to Colorado and Hawaii. Richard also had an easy-going manner and a gentle spirit. These traits were appreciated by his three nephews who were able to enjoy his company throughout his lifetime.

Richard spent his last seven years as a resident of Maple Park Village in Westfield, and his family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff there for taking excellent care of him.

The Kiszla Family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Home with Richard’s care.
