Ralph Endicott

October 15, 1951 – July 3, 2019

Ralph Endicott, 67, Kokomo, died at 11:54 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis. He was born on October 15, 1951 in Tipton to Charles “Pat” Duncan Endicott & Frances Joan (Stevens) Endicott.

Ralph worked at Irving Materials Incorporated in Kokomo, Plainfield Ready Mix, and Blue Star Redi Mix. He retired from Blue Star Redi Mix. Ralph also worked at Salsbery Farms hauling grain. He was a member of the Atlanta Christian Church. Ralph graduated from Hamilton Heights High School, Class of 1970. While in high school he was on the wrestling team and was three-time CIC wrestling champion. He also played drums in the high school band.

Ralph proudly served our country, stating that it was his honor to serve in the United States Army where he received several commendations, as well as the National Guard.

He is survived by former wife and companion, Peggy Endicott, Kokomo; his daughter, Morgan E. Maxwell and husband Jammie, Lebanon; siblings, Carlyon Sue Shirley and husband Jerry Lee Shirley, Tipton, Sammy Dale Endicott, Muncie, and Deborah Kay Bowlby and husband Bradley, Tipton. Ralph is also survived by grandchildren, Emma E. Biddle, Noah J. Maxwell and Brittany A. Maxwell; step-great-grandchildren, Aubrey A. Morgan; honorary grandchild, Ethan M. May; former step-grandchildren, Jolen Harris, Jaclyn Harris, Trey Oliver, Blake Allen, Kelsey Allen, Dean Bass and Brandon Bass; and step-great-grandchildren, Braxton, Evelyn and Elora Allen, Aria Bass.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Frances Endicott Jr. and his parents.

Funeral services for Ralph will be at noon on Thursday, July 18 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Jodie Brown presiding. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service. Burial will be in Marion National Cemetery in Marion with military honors at 2 p.m. after his funeral.

The family would like for everyone to wear Harley attire during Ralph’s visitation, funeral and graveside service. Instead of sending flowers, the family would like donations made to Random Act of Flowers, 1057 E. 54th St., Suite F, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
