Dear Editor:

Honestly, if Noblesville needs to punish out-of-town shoppers by ticketing them with a $25 fine for shopping, having coffee, and eating, then you need to rethink your process.

We live in a small town in North Carolina. The parking on Main Street by store employees was addressed and they park elsewhere and created FREE parking for all tourists. Your lack of addressing the issue is a local problem and creates a very unwelcoming environment for out-of-towners.

I paid my fine. Did it make me poor? No. Did it make your town rich? No. Do we want to return to your town? Definitely not.

Staying out of your town,
