Congratulations to Hinkle Creek Elementary teacher Kristina Trusty on being named a Top 10 finalist for Indiana Teacher of the Year by the Indiana Department of Education.
Trusty is a Kindergarten teacher and founder of Fueled for School, a non-profit organization that addresses food insecurity for Noblesville students. She will be interviewed as part of the next stage of the selection process.
Indiana’s Teacher of the Year will be selected this fall and will remain teaching full-time.
