Lane Motor Museum taking part in Carmel’s Artomobilia automotive event

Lane Motor Museum, home to the largest collection of European cars in North America, announces its official participation in the 19th annual Artomobilia automotive event, taking place on Saturday, Aug. 29, in the Carmel Arts & Design District and Midtown.

Artomobilia is widely recognized as one of the Midwest’s premier automotive gatherings, bringing together more than 500 feature vehicles across various specialized displays and corridors. Known for showcasing rare, eclectic, and historically significant vehicles, Lane Motor Museum will bring a specially curated display from its unique collection in Nashville to share with thousands of car enthusiasts and spectators in Carmel.

“To be included in this year’s Artomobilia is a genuine honor for all of us at Lane Motor Museum,” Executive Director Chris Brewer said. “Artomobilia captures the pure passion, design, and history of the automobile in a way that few other events can. Carmel’s Arts & Design District is the perfect stage to showcase a curated selection of the museum’s most treasured vehicles, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share them with one of the most enthusiastic crowds in the country.”

The flagship Artomobilia event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, spanning the streets of downtown Carmel. Attendees will have the opportunity to view Lane Motor Museum’s featured display up close and learn more about the museum’s ongoing mission to preserve automotive history.
