Birge & Held, a national development, property management, and investment firm based in Indianapolis, has announce the acquisition of its newest property, Prairie Lakes Apartments in Noblesville. Leisure and luxury meet in this 402-unit property, which has been a significant part of the Noblesville landscape since 2009.

“We’re excited for all the great things that come with having new ownership,” Prairie Lakes Community Manager Vandy Bauer. “Birge & Held is bringing not only new management but also some very exciting upgrades to the community and each apartment home that are anticipated to be completed in March 2024. Current and future residents can expect beautiful white quartz countertops, tile backsplash in the kitchen, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and custom kitchen sinks with spray nozzles as some of the unit upgrades.”

Prairie Lakes is dedicated to supporting central Indiana residents, giving back to the community this holiday season by collecting items such as coats, hats, gloves, socks, blankets, hygiene bags, and other items to help displaced individuals during the winter months. This year, the community is collecting items for two recovery homes – a women’s home in Greenfield and a men’s home in downtown Indianapolis. A group of volunteers will sort the items and then deliver them on Christmas morning.

“Birge & Held strives to enhance the lives of our residents by transforming communities, which is something we feel the team at Prairie Lakes exemplifies, ” Birge & Held Regional Property Manager Ashley Grindel said. “Residents deserve a place to call home and a feeling of community. Across all our properties, we aim to provide a higher standard of living and continue to develop efficient solutions that can help us surpass their expectations. We’re excited to integrate more within this community and further contribute to the greater Hamilton County area.”

Prairie Lakes Apartments have 162 one-bedroom units, 208 two-bedroom units, and 32 three-bedroom units. Find your place to call home at liveatprairielakes.com, or take a virtual tour today.
