- The school board recognized more than a hundred students for their achievements in art and athletics, including state championship boys and girls soccer teams.
- Hazel Dell Elementary students and staff demonstrated classroom techniques they use to increase engagement and learning.
- Learning Department leaders provided an update and recommendations from their science curriculum review process.
- A new adult education initiative, in partnership with Washington Township Schools, was approved.
- A new employee benefit that will provide financial planning assistance for all full-time staff members was approved by a vote of 4 to 1, with Laura Alerding voting against the proposal.
