Noblesville Schools Board Meeting Highlights, April 16, 2024

The school board has responsibility for major district functions including school district governance and oversight, setting school policies, approving funding, strategic planning, and hiring and evaluating the superintendent.

• White River Elementary presented on its school-wide learning initiative about chickens and chicken coop building.
• The Department of Learning presented on their recommendations for new science curriculum. Materials were then approved by the board.
• Insurance policies were renewed.
• The July board meeting was moved to the 15th to ensure a quorum.
