Dear Editor:
I am writing to communicate my support for Chuck Haberman, candidate for Noblesville School Board.
As a parent with a student in the Noblesville school district, I feel that Chuck will be an excellent school board member. Chuck is the open-minded voice of reason we need on our school board. He doesn’t pick sides and wants to know the “how” and “why” things can, should, and have been done. Additionally, his experience in working for our city is a great collaboration to integrate into our district in the aspects of career development, experiences, and philanthropy for our kids.
On a personal note – Chuck has compassion. Not only is he the parent of one, soon to be two, students in our district, but he genuinely cares about students, teachers, and this district. This shows through in his work with the Miller Ambassadors program.
When Noblesville’s darkest day happened on May 25, 2018, Chuck was the first person to knock on our front door, check on our son and offer mental support if we or our son needed it.
