At approximately 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, deputies from the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office were dispatched to the area of Interstate 69 and the 204 mile marker for a fatal crash involving a passenger car and a semi.
The driver of a white Chevy Cruze was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hamilton County Coroner Jeff Jellison has identified the deceased as Joshua Hicks, 28, Noblesville. The cause of the crash is under investigation, and the official cause and manner of death are pending autopsy and toxicology results.
