Hamilton County Commissioners and County Councilors were joined Monday morning by Noblesville city officials, RQAW Corporation, and Garmong Construction at a groundbreaking for the new county employee parking garage at 8th and Clinton streets. The five-story garage will consolidate parking for county employees and is expected be open in approximately one year.
