On Monday morning, July 13, Indianapolis-based homebuilder Onyx+East held a groundbreaking on its new 44-acre community called Trillium, which will be located along the Monon Trail at 199th Street in Westfield. Trillium will feature 119 detached single-family homes ranging from 2,000 to 4,500 square feet of finished living space, with an additional 1,100 to 2,000 square feet of unfinished basement space. Homes will showcase modern design elements, including 10-foot ceilings, and flexible floor plans. Ten courtyard homes will offer direct access to the Monon Trail, while the community will also feature nine acres of landscaped open space, walking paths, a playground, and other outdoor amenities.
