On Monday, Sept. 9 at 6:30 p.m., Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam and the Carmel Fire Department will swear-in the city’s new Fire Chief, Joel Thacker.
The ceremony will take place at Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, 3 Carter Green, which will be open to the public at 6 p.m. with a reception immediately following.
Public parking is available in The Center Garage on 3rd Avenue SW.
