Nate Richter joins Community First Bank as project manager

Community First Bank (CFB) welcomes Nate Richter as Vice President, Project Manager, joining the bank’s ongoing efforts to strengthen project execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Richter brings over 15 years of experience in the technology field, with the past nine years focused on technical leadership, program management, and security oversight. His background includes leading complex initiatives, improving operational processes, and ensuring compliance across diverse teams and systems.

“Nate brings proven expertise in managing complex initiatives, improving processes, and driving collaboration across departments,” CAO Carlonda Davis said. “His leadership ensures that projects are executed with precision and aligned with the bank’s long-term vision. By streamlining resources and strengthening execution, Nate’s role will help us deliver greater efficiency, innovation, and measurable impact for our employees, customers, and shareholders.”

Richter earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Network and Systems from Ferris State University in Michigan. He has been recognized throughout his career for excellence in program execution and compliance. As he begins his journey in the banking industry, he says he is especially excited to engage with the local community.
