The primary goal of the Hamilton County Highway Department is and always has been the safety of Hamilton County motorists and construction crews alike.
Crews have noticed an influx of motorists crossing the yellow pavement markings on Allisonville Road south of 146th Street, which are in place to keep traffic to the right on Allisonville Road at this location.
The contractor plans to install additional bollards at this location to help prevent this from continuing to happen. As always, continue to use caution while driving through this construction zone.
