This year’s Atlanta New Earth Festival $1,000 scholarship winner is Hamilton Heights senior Joshua Morrow. He has plans to attend Vincennes University and become a journeyman electrician through the Gaylor Electric apprentice program. Great work, Mr. Morrow!
