Milling and paving operations for the 116th Street and Allisonville Road Improvement Project are scheduled to begin Friday, Oct. 9, with work continuing through Friday, Oct. 16.
- Friday, Oct. 9 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Milling and paving of the outside lanes of Allisonville Road. Access points along Allisonville Road may be temporarily closed for several hours as crews work through the area and will reopen when possible.
- Saturday, Oct. 10 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Milling and paving of the inside lanes of Allisonville Road. Expect lane and turn restrictions.
- Monday, Oct. 12 at 7 p.m. to Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 7 a.m.: Overnight milling along 116th Street. Access points may temporarily close as equipment moves through the area.
- 13 to 16 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly: Overnight paving along 116th Street. Access points may temporarily close as paving equipment moves through the area and will reopen as work allows.
Motorists should expect lane restrictions, traffic shifts, and delays during these operations. Area businesses will remain open and accessible, although individual access points may be temporarily impacted.
