The City of Carmel presented the 2024 Inauguration of Elected Officials on stage at the Palladium Thursday evening in front of a large crowd.
U.S. Senator Todd Young, a Carmel High School graduate, administered the oaths after reliving memories of his childhood growing up in a very different Carmel. After the oaths, Mayor Sue Finkam delivered her first official address from the podium.
