Many county runners compete at Franklin Central Flashes Showcase

Many Hamilton County runners competed in the annual Franklin Central Flashes Showcase, which took place Friday night.

Fishers’ Matthew Kim raced to a top 10 finish in Heat 4 of the Boys’ Mile race, clocking in at 4 minutes, 19.49 seconds. Carmel’s Sadie Foley had the top county time in the Girls Mile, placing third in Heat 3 with a time of 5:10.11. Noblesville’s Banner Barnes was the fastest runner of the Boys Freshman Mile, winning the Heat 3 in 4:27.70.
