Just after midnight on Thursday, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a man with a gun outside Riverview Health in Noblesville.
Hospital security located the man and confirmed he did have a firearm.
Security demanded the man put down the firearm, and additional law enforcement arrived on scene. The man then turned the firearm on himself, discharged it, and died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
