The public is invited to attend “Love Thy Neighbor: Conversations That Connect Us: Jewish Stories of Past and Present,” an evening dedicated to learning, dialogue, and community connection.

The event will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Noblesville First United Methodist Church, 2051 Monument St. Attendees may enter through Doors 2 or 7.

Presented by the Jewish Community Relations Council of Indianapolis, the program will feature personal and historical perspectives on Jewish life, including stories from both the past and present. Participants will also hear a meaningful presentation from family members of those who lived through the Holocaust and its enduring lessons for today’s world.

In addition to the main presentation, a special breakout session will be available for youth in grades 6 to 12, giving students an age-appropriate opportunity to explore Jewish history and identity and the importance of understanding people from different backgrounds.

Organizers say the event comes at a time when compassion, understanding, and mutual respect are more important than ever. The evening is designed to encourage meaningful conversations, deepen relationships across communities, and foster greater appreciation for the values that unite people of different faiths and traditions.

The program offers attendees an opportunity to gain insight into Jewish life in today’s world while strengthening bonds of friendship, respect, and understanding throughout the community.

Registration is requested for all participants. Go to noblesvillefirst.com/connect/attend-an-event.
