Community members interested in learning one of the world’s most popular strategy games are invited to a beginner-friendly Learn to Play Mahjong event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8 at MCL Restaurant & Bakery, 1390 Keystone Way East, Carmel.
Designed for first-time players, the event includes step-by-step Mahjong instruction, guided open play to practice new skills, and a Mayfield Plate lunch. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet fellow players and shop with a special Oh My Mahjong wholesaler on-site.
