Jon F. Moore, 77, Seffner, Fla., formerly of Hamilton County, passed away on January 31, 2022, at his home. He was born on May 11, 1944, to Hershal and Mary Alice (Jones) Moore in Noblesville.
Jon proudly served his county in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He graduated from Hamilton Heights High School and worked as a truck driver for most of his life. Jon was a big fisherman, especially in Florida. He also enjoyed riding horses.
Jon is survived by his son, Robert (Janet) Moore; brothers, Matt Henderson and Tom Henderson; sisters, Julie Grimes and Sandy Tolley; and grandsons, Eric Moore and Burke Moore.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Moore; brothers, Joe Henderson and Terry Moore; and sister, Edna Henderson.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Atlanta Christian Church, 200 E. Main St., Atlanta.
