Jim Brainard recognized by Indiana legislature for 27 years as Carmel mayor

Mayor Jim Brainard was honored at the Indiana Statehouse on Tuesday, March 21 for his 27 years of service as Carmel’s mayor. The bipartisan bill was sponsored by State Senator J.D. Ford, State Senator Scott Baldwin, State Representative Victoria Garcia Wilburn, and State Representative Donna Schaibley.
