Jerry Allan McGuire

August 9, 1932 – September 21, 2019

Jerry Allan McGuire, 87, Naples, Fla., formerly of Noblesville, passed away on September 21, 2019. He was born on August 9, 1932 to Catherine Martha McGuire.

Jerry attended Noblesville High School, where he was an outstanding competitor in track and field events. After school, Jerry enrolled in the National Guard and actively served as a Corpsman for 12 years. He worked at Western Electric for 46 years until his retirement in 1996.

Jerry is survived by wife, Sue McGuire; children, Katheryn Lynn (Larry) Junken, Karen Sue (CD) Smith, Brenda Joyce Dorsey, Robert Allan (Elaine) McGuire and Charles Michael (Nancy) McGuire; his uncle, Cedric McGuire, Spokane, Wash.; grandchildren, Sarah Junken, Matthew Junken, Bobby McKinley-Goldey, Mandi Brown, Dennis and Greg Dorsey, Jennifer McGuire, Lisa Young and Jeffrey McGuire; and 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Also surviving are close extended family, Joseph Taylor, Pamela Taylor, Nicole McKinsey, Wanda (David) Taylor, Lynn Taylor, Joe Bay, Debra Fennell, Dan McGuire, Barbara Mills and families.

Jerry was predeceased by his mother, aunts, uncle, grandparents and a grandson.

Jerry chose to have his remains cremated and returned to Noblesville to be interred alongside his mother and grandparents.
