Indiana Members Foundation, the charitable arm of Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU), hosted its ninth annual Golf Outing on Wednesday, June 28 at Valle Vista Golf Course in Greenwood. 108 golfers attended the sold-out event which raised over $25,000 to benefit the Indiana Members Foundation, whose mission is to support children in the Indianapolis and surrounding communities through the Joan Wolfe Legacy Grant Program, Indy BackPack Attack School Supply Drive and local non-profits that serve youth in the communities in which Indiana Members Credit Union Serves.

Highlights of the day included a complimentary breakfast, a hole-in-one and putting contest, as well as a recognition dinner. Vantiv served as the Title Sponsor of the event.

Mandy Emery, vice president of community involvement for IMCU and executive director of Indiana Members Foundation stated, “I can’t thank the golfers, sponsors and Valle Vista Golf Course enough for making our golf outing so much fun. We were able to raise over $25,000 while having a great time. The generosity of our sponsors and golfers will not only allow us to purchase 5,000 backpacks and stuff them with school supplies for children in need, it also allows us to fund grants and scholarships. Thank you to all that made this day amazing!
