Hoosier Conference winter sports individual honors announced

Earlier this week, the Hamilton Heights athletic department announced the various Hoosier Conference honors that were given to Huskies student-athletes for the winter sports season.
Here is a recap of conference results, in addition to a list of individual honors and current all-sports standings for both boys and girls. While Northwestern finished first in both girls winter sports (basketball and swimming), high finishes by Hamilton Heights kept the Huskies in first place on the girls all-sports list.

BOYS BASKETBALL
Team standings: 1. Lafayette Central Catholic (4-0, 19-5), 2. Hamilton Heights (4-0, 15-8), 3. Northwestern (3-1, 17-5), 4. Twin Lakes (3-1, 14-11), 5. Tipton (2-2, 19-6), 6. West Lafayette (2-2, 13-12), 7. Lewis Cass (1-3, 13-10), 8. Rensselaer Central (1-3, 14-11), 9. Western (0-4, 17-7), 10. Benton Central (0-4, 10-5).
Heights All-Conference: Hudson Hochstedler, Camron Knott, Gus Etchison.
Heights Honorable Mention: Brent Pennington.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Team standings: 1. Northwestern (4-0, 30-0), 2. Benton Central (4-0, 26-4), 3. Hamilton Heights (3-1, 14-11), 4. Rensselaer Central (2-2, 13-10), 5. Lafayette Central Catholic (2-2, 20-8), 6.
