Holiday season kicks off next week with festive fun in Fishers

Celebrate the season with holiday events, light displays & offerings for all ages

Next week marks the launch of the holiday season in Fishers featuring a festive lineup of events filled with holiday cheer, local traditions, and ways to give back.

From a holiday light display along the downtown portion of the Nickel Plate Trail, to the beloved tradition of Fishers Parks’ Santa’s Mailbox and the popular A Merry Prairie Holiday at Conner Prairie, there is a wide variety of Fishers holiday events and activities for residents of all ages.

The seasonal lineup includes:

Santa’s Mailbox
Nov. 24 to Dec. 15
Nickel Plate Trail (near the 116th Street intersection at the swings) and the Ambassador House (10598 Eller Road)

Drop off your letters to Santa in the special mailboxes located on the Nickel Plate Trail and Ambassador House. Include your address and you’ll receive a reply from St. Nick. Can’t drop off in person? Email Santa through Friday, Dec. 22 at santa@fishers.in.us. Learn more at playfishers.com.

Angel of Hope Candlelight Ceremony

Fishers Parks Foundation hosts the fourth annual Angel of Hope Candlelight Ceremony to remember lost children. The Ambassador House will be open at 6:15 p.m. with a candlelight procession to the Angel of Hope Memorial Garden and the reading of names at 7 p.m. Learn more at fishersparks.org.
