The AES Restaurant Group, headquartered in Zionsville, will welcome NHRA Top Fuel driver Clay Millican to the Arby’s restaurant in Westfield this Friday, Aug. 29 for a special “Meat & Greet” fan event with the defending winner of the Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals.
Guests are invited to stop by the Arby’s at 1399 Chatham Commons Blvd., between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to meet Millican, who is back in his 12,000-horsepower Arby’s Top Fuel dragster this weekend for the 71st U.S. Nationals at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. He will be available throughout the Westfield event for pictures and to sign autographs.
At last year’s U.S. Nationals, Millican defeated four-time NHRA Top Fuel champion Steve Torrence in the final round with a run of 3.792 seconds at 327.82 mph. It was Millican’s first win at the “Big Go” and his seventh NHRA Top Fuel victory. Millican nabbed his eighth career victory earlier this season in Pomona, Calif., when he defeated Tony Stewart with an impressive .038-of-a-second reaction time.
Take part in the excitement of NHRA race weekend in Indy by enjoying great food and connecting with fellow racing fans. The AES Restaurant Group also invites guests to download the Arby’s app for exclusive deals and updates throughout the year.
