Noblesville’s Hannah Alexander was named one of the USA Track and Field Indiana honored its 2023 Athletes of the Year on Jan. 6.
Alexander is a senior at Noblesville High School and is the returning IHSAA girls state champion in the discus. In 2023, Alexander earned three All American Titles at the USATF Junior Olympic National Championships in Eugene, Oregon. She placed sixth in the hammer throw, fourth in the shot put and second in the discus. Alexander’s discus throw of 160 feet, 3 inches puts her as the No. 6 girls’ discus thrower in Indiana high school history. This is the second year in a row Alexander has been named USATF Indiana Athlete of the Year.
