Partner Whitney L. Coker of Craig, Kelley & Faultless who grew up in Fishers and graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School in 2002 was named a 2024 Rising Star honoree.

Along with Whitney Coker, Craig, Kelley & Faultless has six other lawyers who are 2024 Indiana Super Lawyers or Rising Stars honorees. David W. Craig, William J. Kelley II, Scott A. Faultless, and Krysten M. LeFavour were once again Super Lawyers honorees. David Craig has once again been named among the Top 50: 2024 Indiana Super Lawyers List. Alexander R. Craig, and Samantha Craig Stevens were Rising Star honorees yet again.

Each year, Indiana Super Lawyers recognizes the top lawyers in Indiana via a patented multiphase selection process involving peer nomination, independent research, and peer evaluation. Only 5 percent of the attorneys in Indiana become Super Lawyers honorees each year. Those named to the Rising Star honoree list are selected using the same process except they are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less. Only 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Indiana are named Rising Stars honorees.

Not only have David Craig and Scott Faultless been Indiana Super Lawyers honorees for several years, but they also sit on the Board of Regents for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (that requires Board Certification in Truck Accident Law). They both have been recognized as a Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers (Indiana). David is a best-selling author of Semitruck Wreck: A Guide for Victims and Their Families. He is also the host of the podcast, After the Crash.

Craig, Kelley & Faultless have built their practice to successfully battle dangerous trucking companies, reckless drivers, unsafe businesses, and unreasonable insurance companies. They limit their practice to representing people who have been seriously injured or killed by the carelessness of others. The firm handles cases involving semi-trucks, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injury cases throughout the United States. They have a team of experienced attorneys, paralegals, investigators, and staff who will aggressively pursue those who injure, kill, and endanger all of us by disregarding basic safety rules. By employing accident reconstructionists, investigators, engineers, mechanics, and other experts, they will find out what happened, why it happened, and collect the evidence necessary to hold the wrongdoers accountable.  They are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of their clients and the people in the communities in which they practice.

Craig, Kelley & Faultless is headquartered in Indianapolis and they have several offices in Indiana and an office in St. Louis, Mo. They handle cases throughout the country and have attorneys licensed in Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, and Ohio.
