The University girls soccer team ended its regular season with a 6-0 win over Herron Thursday on the Trailblazers’ Senior Night.
The seniors took the lead for Class 1A No. 11 University, with Halle Von Ah scoring two goals and Arya Narayanan, Lily Snyder and Lucy Snyder all scoring one. Sophomore Brooke Toombs also had a goal. Lily and Lucy Snyder both handed out two assists.
The Trailblazers’ 11 seniors are Kenzie Allen, Brooke Andrus, Lydia Copeland, Lauren Flickner, Hallie Harrison, Lillian Klemsz, Meredith Malott, Arya Narayanan, Lily Snyder, Lucy Snyder, and Halle Von Ah.
In an all-county game, 3A No. 9 Fishers beat 3A No. 19 Guerin Catholic 1-0 on Thursday.
Delaney Whelan scored the Tigers’ goal in the third minute of the game. Fishers is 7-3-1.
