Guerin Catholic lost to Class 2A No. 10 Covenant Christian 65-40 in a Saturday away game.
The Warriors led 9-1 after the first quarter and 28-8 at halftime. Sydney Geis scored 19 points for the Golden Eagles, including three 3-pointers. Sarah Holba pulled eight rebounds and blocked two shots.
Guerin Catholic is now 0-7 for the season and hosts Marion Tuesday evening.
