Hamilton County Parks and Recreation (HCPR) will hold its Time Travelers History Ball from 7 to 10 p.m. June 26 at Coxhall Gardens in Carmel, celebrating America’s 250th birthday and the 50th anniversary of the Coxhall Mansion, completed in 1976.
This patriotic, history‑themed fundraiser will support HCPR’s parks, programs, and community spaces, advancing the department’s mission of enriching residents’ lives through outdoor recreation, education, and conservation.
The Time Travelers History Ball invites guests to attend dressed as famous, infamous, or lesser‑known figures from American history. Attendees can expect historical characters, upbeat music, and an evening of lighthearted, flag‑waving fun.
The event will include passed hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and a cash bar. Entrée selections include Pear and Pesto Seared Chicken Breast, Char‑Grilled Black Angus New York Strip, and Vegan Potato Gnocchi.
Tickets start at $125 per person. Individual tickets and full table reservations are available. More information and registration can be found at MyHamiltonCountyParks.com.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Those interested may contact Erica Foreman at erica.foreman@hamiltoncounty.in.gov or call (317) 770‑4404. Donations from those unable to attend may be made at MyHamiltonCountyParks.com.
