At approximately 12:02 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 10, the subject pictured committed fraud at the Walgreens store located at 1424 S. Range Line Road, Carmel. Following the incident, he committed additional frauds at several other locations. He was seen leaving in the four-door passenger car pictured.
