The City of Noblesville wants residents who notice first responders wearing masks or other personal protective equipment to understand this is being done as a precaution as part of coordinated preparedness and mitigation plans, based on adjusted screening protocols the emergency dispatch system. It does not mean that a person at the location has COVID-19.
