Voters filled the Fishers Art Center on Wednesday evening, April 15, for the District 5 Congressional Town Hall. All seven Democratic candidates took part: Steven “Avit” Avitabile, Phil Goss, State Senator J.D. Ford, Jackson Franklin, Dylan McKenna, Tara Nelson, and Deborah Pickett. Approximately 300 people came to hear what these candidates had to say. In fact, the town hall was so well-attended that some people had to be turned away due to over-capacity.
