The Westfield cross country teams participated in the Dave Bannon Invitational at Franklin Central on Saturday.
The Shamrocks boys placed fourth as a team with 81 points. Kai Connor was the race winner, pacing the field in 15 minutes, 57.09 seconds. Josh Barnett landed in eighth place.
Westfield’s girls finished seventh as a team, totaling 177 points. Nezira Djour was the Shamrocks’ top runner, taking 23rd.

The Huskies boys finished fourth as a team with 132 points. Clayton Forrer led Heights by placing 18th. The Huskies girls were fifth with 145 points; Juliana Springman earned a top-10 finish by taking sixth.
