ABC Commercial Construction Prep Academy recently played host to Crane Day for the students at Franklin Central High School. The primary goal behind organizing this event was to inspire and educate the next generation of potential civil engineers and construction professionals.
By providing students with hands-on experience and exposure to the operation of cranes, ABC aims to ignite their interest in civil engineering careers. ABC believes in nurturing talent and fostering a passion for innovation and problem-solving within the construction industry.
During Crane Day, students immersed themselves in hands-on activities, workshops, and demonstrations guided by industry professionals. They had the opportunity to explore the mechanics and operation of cranes while learning about the vital role civil engineers play in construction projects.
The students also had the opportunity to tour the ABC Adult Training Center, which provides a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities in various trades.

The ABC Prep Academy provides a high school, commercial construction training program leading to paid summer internships or full-time employment with aligned postsecondary adult ABC apprenticeship opportunities.
