Community Health Network launches Newborn Concierge Program to bring pediatric care home

Community Health Network has launched the Newborn Concierge Program, a new service designed to help families navigate the transition from hospital to home by bringing pediatric care directly to newborns and their parents.

The membership-based program provides in-home newborn care, expert guidance, and ongoing support during the first months of a child’s life. Families enrolled in the program receive personalized care from pediatric providers without the need to travel to a doctor’s office during those critical early weeks.

The Newborn Concierge Program is currently available to eligible families in portions of Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and Zionsville and is now enrolling participants.

“Welcoming a newborn into the family is exciting, but it can also come with many questions and challenges,” said Donita Roettcher, MD, pediatrician and medical director of the program. “This service allows us to provide trusted medical care and support in the comfort of a family’s home, helping parents feel confident during one of life’s biggest transitions.”

Led by Roettcher and Kelly White, NP, the Newborn Concierge Program offers:

• In-home newborn and infant wellness visits
• Growth and developmental assessments
• Feeding and nutrition support
• Breastfeeding guidance
• Sleep education
• Vaccinations and preventive care
• Evaluation of common newborn concerns
• Ongoing communication with pediatric providers
• 24/7 access to the Newborn Concierge care team

The program was developed to meet the evolving needs of families seeking more convenient, personalized healthcare experiences. By delivering care directly to the home, Community aims to reduce stress for new parents while strengthening the connection between families and their pediatric care team.

“Parents are often balancing recovery, sleep deprivation and the challenges of caring for a newborn,” White said. “Our goal is to make those early days easier by providing expert support, answering questions and helping families feel cared for every step of the way.”

The Newborn Concierge Program reflects Community’s commitment to innovation, access, and family-centered care. The launch also supports Community’s continued investment in serving young families in some of Central Indiana’s fastest-growing communities.

Community Health Network is home to one of Indiana’s largest maternity programs. Community Hospital North has delivered more babies than any other hospital in Indiana for 11 consecutive years, according to Indiana Department of Health data. The Newborn Concierge Program extends Community’s support beyond the hospital stay and into the home, helping families build a strong foundation for lifelong health.
