Community First Bank (CFB) of Indiana has officially broken ground on its first Zionsville branch, marking the locally owned bank’s continued investment in Central Indiana.
For CFB, entering Zionsville is about more than opening a new branch. It is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people, businesses, and organizations that make the community unique.
“We want banking to feel like a partnership,” CFB President and CEO Robb Blume said. “That starts with getting to know our customers, listening to their stories and understanding what they’re trying to accomplish. We look for ways to problem-solve together and ask, ‘How can we make this work?’ That’s the kind of relationship-focused banking we’re excited to bring to Zionsville.”
Zionsville’s strong sense of community is one of the qualities that drew the Bank to the area. While this will be CFB’s first location in Boone County, Zionsville is just a short drive from the Bank’s Westfield locations and its established presence in Hamilton County. Last year, the Bank’s 153 employees contributed more than 3,000 hours in neighboring communities.
The new Zionsville branch, located at 11055 Ambrose Lane, will provide everyday personal and business banking services, along with dedicated space for commercial lending, private banking, and mortgage services. The location will serve as the Bank’s Boone County hub and include a conference room for community use. Construction partners include Wurster Construction, MSKTD & Associates, and JPS Consulting Engineers.
CFB anticipates opening the Zionsville branch in late spring 2027.
