Hamilton Heights boys basketball coach Chad Ballenger is hosting his annual Summer Camp in May.
The camp is for boys who will be finishing grades kindergarten through 3 this school year. Boys finishing grades K-1 will have their camp May 6, 7, 9 and 10, with boys finishing grades 2-3 will have camp on May 13, 14, 16 and 17.
Both sessions of the camp begin after school and run until 4:30 p.m. at the Hamilton Heights Elementary Gym. The cost is $35, with a family discount of $5 for each additional child. If any boy cannot afford to pay the camp fee at this time, call Ballenger at (765) 438-2016.
“The basic requirement in developing a strong basketball program is to instill in all our boys a desire to improve themselves so that some day they can become part of the Husky Basketball team,” said Ballenger. “This can be best accomplished by developing the proper fundamentals and pride in themselves and their school at an early age.”
