Clay Terrace to welcome Perspire Sauna Studio this summer

Clay Terrace will soon welcome Perspire Sauna Studio as the newest addition to its diverse selection of options for guests.

Perspire provides a wellness experience where red-light therapy and infrared technology combine to detox the body, boost immunity, rejuvenate skin, improve sleep, and ease pain – or simply just unwind. Guests will enjoy a private, sauna session with entertainment options.

Perspire Sauna Studio plans to open in Summer 2024.

“This is an exciting time of growth and expansion as we welcome Perspire Sauna Studio and focus on our long-term goals of providing a dynamic experience for guests of all ages,” said Jennifer Hillman, General Manager at Clay Terrace. “We are looking forward to welcoming guests to the new studio.”

“I am thrilled to bring Indiana’s first Perspire Sauna Studio to our community. Clay Terrace is a perfect fit,” explained Louise Hughes, Carmel franchisee.

After 25 years in IT Consulting, Hughes decided to pivot and fulfill a dream of owning a business.  As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, Hughes started using an infrared sauna on recovery days during marathon training.

“When I learned about Perspire, I fell in love with the unique concept and elevated experience,” Hughes said. “I’m excited to witness our members and guests transform their health and impact longevity with all the benefits IR and RLT have to offer.”
