Carmel seeks man for creating bench nightmare on Elm Street

On Oct. 8, the suspect pictured above was walking near Elm Street and the Monon Trail in Carmel. The suspect flipped a park bench that was located on the sidewalk causing damage to the bench. The suspect is wanted for questioning.
