The City of Carmel invites everyone to the 2023 Veterans Day Ceremony to honor veterans in the community.
The event will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9 at the Tarkington Theater at the Center for the Performing Arts, 3 Carter Green.
Participants will include the following:
- Actors Theatre of Indiana
- Carmel City Councilor Jeff Worrell
- Carmel Elementary School Choir
- Carmel VFW/American Legion Honor Guard
- Cindy Ensign Baney
- Claire Baney
- Keynote Speaker Retired Brigadier General, James Bauerle, U.S. Army
The city-wide “United We Stand” poster and essay contest winners will also be recognized. Winning posters will be displayed and students will read their winning essays at the ceremony.
