Carmel City Hall will close at noon today, Nov. 14, for the installation of a new emergency generator.
By closing the building, technicians can safely interrupt power to the building, which is necessary for installation of the emergency generator.
All phone lines will be functional so residents and others can access support during the building closure. Additionally, there will be no interruption to Carmel Police and Fire department operations during the closure.
City Hall will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17.
