What a slam dunk for Universal Cares!

We are so grateful to Hamilton County Parks & Recreation and the incredible leaders at Coxhall Gardens in Carmel for welcoming us as we hosted the Carmel High School basketball teams for our annual Cleanup for Cares Day.

A huge shoutout to Coach Osborne for bringing together more than 70 student-athletes to roll up their sleeves, get involved, and learn about the importance of caring for the parks that make our communities so special.

When you have more than 70 hungry athletes working hard, you need some serious fuel. A big thank-you to Chick-fil-A at Greyhound Pass for generously donating food to keep these hardworking athletes energized. You helped make the day even better.

Each year, we look forward to bringing our youth together to learn that parks are more than just places to play basketball, walk, or enjoy the outdoors. They are essential gathering places that bring neighbors together, strengthen communities, and create memories for generations.

Teaching our young people to take pride in their community and keep these spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained is a win for everyone!

At Universal Cares, we believe small acts of service add up to BIG community impact!
