The Noblesville boys basketball team got a road victory on Tuesday, beating Marion 58-46 at the Giants’ Bill Green Arena.
Noblesville, ranked No. 5 in Class 4A, slowly but surely pulled away from Marion, leading 11-9 after one quarter and 25-17 at halftime. Hunter Walston scored nine points in the first half, while Aaron Fine added eight points. Six different Millers scored in the third quarter to move Noblesville ahead 44-32 after three periods.
Fine led the Millers with 17 points, followed by Walston with 14. Will Smits scored 10 points.
Noblesville is 5-1 and travel to Anderson Friday. The Indians are No. 7 in 4A and unbeaten at 5-0.
